96 FOR 40MM PAPER POT

The rigid plastic tray with 96 cells is designed to accommodate paper pots up to 40 mm in diameter and 120 mm in height.

Seedlings produced in the 96-cell tray induce aerial pruning of roots, prevent root entanglement, and stimulate root sprouting, resulting in a healthy and abundant root system. The tray's integrated aeration system provides optimal conditions for seedling growth, with cells designed for proper root guidance.

Lateral cutouts in the cells allow for manual removal of paper pots, while openings at the bottom and center of the cells facilitate mechanized removal for nurseries using this method. Each cell features four angular projections that ensure paper pot centering to the bottom of the cell, whether handled manually or mechanically.

Removing the paper pot from the tray is simple and easy, enabling direct field planting, with the biodegradable paper pot material. The tray can be supported on benches, grates, or wires and has side flanges for corner bracket support.

It offers a large flat area for labeling and/or customization, with an option available without side flanges.
