RIGID PLASTIC TRAY
32N FOR 50MM PAPER POT

The rigid plastic tray with 32 cells is designed to accommodate paper pots up to 50mm in diameter and 150mm in height.

Tray developed in partnership with Ellepot, making it the ideal solution for optimized seedling cultivation and production in the Ellepot planting system.

Designed for cultivating macaúba, oil palm, coffee, cocoa, native species, and seedlings that require a large volume of substrate.

Seedlings produced in Paperpots in specialized trays induce air pruning of the roots, prevent root curling, and stimulate root sprouting, resulting in an abundant and healthy root system.

Offers two types of stacking:

1) Nesting System, where the cells are arranged and interlocking, facilitating transport and optimizing storage space;

2) Normal stacking, where fully loaded trays can be stacked on top of each other without damaging the paper pots, making nursery management and automation more efficient.

Advantages of using Paperpot in your production:

• Seedlings produced in suspended Paperpots (without contact with the soil) prevent contamination, improve drainage, aeration, and prevent waterlogging of the root ball, reducing the incidence of fungi and bacteria;

• Greater health and uniformity of seedlings;

• With Paperpot, fertigation is fully utilized by the seedling, resulting in savings and benefits for the grower;

• Lower weight of the paper pot and seedling, facilitating manual operations and transplantation, speeding up and improving working conditions both in the nursery and in the field;

• Removing the paper pot from the tray is simple and easy, allowing direct planting of the paper pot in the field, with biodegradable paper;
